I've chosen my package, what happens next?

Once you've chosen your package and confirmed your date, I'll provide you with a final quote that includes all travel expenses. Then, I'll send you an invoice for your deposit and a contract to sign. Once this is all sorted, your date will be locked in!

2

How much will the deposit be?

I'll just need to take a 20% deposit upon booking!

3

I'm not quite sure which package I'd like, but I definitely want to book you. What can you do for me?

In this case, I can take a Hold Deposit for your date. This is a £25.00 fee that removes your chosen date from my diary for 30 days, so nobody else can book it in that time. This gives you time to decide which package you would like to book without the worry that the date will go! This fee is non-refundable if you decide not to book when the 30 days is up, but if you do decide to book, will be taken off the 20% deposit required upon booking.

4

Will you learn songs for me?

YES! I love learning new songs. Depending on the package you go for, I will learn anything from 2-5 songs for you especially. However, all packages include full control over the setlist from my existing song list, so the soundtrack will be uniquely yours no matter what.

5

What's your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel the booking 4 weeks or fewer prior to the event, 50% of the overall fee will still be charged. If you choose to cancel the booking 2 weeks or fewer prior to the event, the full amount will still be charged. In the unlikely event that I'm ill or need to cancel for any reason, your deposit and remaining fee will be returned to you and I'll do my best to find an act of similar style and price to replace me.

6

How far will you travel?

Anywhere and everywhere! All bookings include 25 free miles. Anywhere outside of this will be charged at 45p per mile and added to your final quote. For any bookings for venues more than 120 miles from where I'm based, I will need to add an additional charge for overnight accommodation, although I will endeavour to keep this as low as possible!

7

Will we need to feed you?

If I'm only at your wedding for a couple of hours, you don't need to worry about it at all (although I'm always grateful!) For longer day packages, it is greatly appreciated as it's less likely that I'll be able to go and find something for myself. I will eat anything at all provided it is gluten-free (there's always one!)

8

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes! My setup is completely self-contained, meaning I bring everything I'll need for the entirety of my performance. My main PA system is a Bose L1, which works for all types of events, but I will sometimes use a Bose S1 for smaller events. I also sometimes use a TC Helicon vocal effects pedal, which I use to add harmonies to my voice, creating a fuller, richer sound. If you'd especially like me to use this, please do ask and I'd be happy to include it in my setup!

9

Is your equipment PAT tested?

All of my equipment is PAT tested and insured, and I can provide PAT/PLI certificates to the venue whenever it is required.

10

How far in advance will you need our song choices?

I'll send you an updated version of my setlist 3 months before the event, and will need all choices to be confirmed 6 weeks before the event.

11

What's the latest you will play?

For all events, I have a cut-off time of 9pm, so if you've booked me for your evening party, I would recommend also booking some entertainment to begin after my set (e.g. a band or DJ, or even just a killer Spotify playlist).  The reason for this is that I play lots of gigs in a week, particularly at the height of wedding season, and it helps me to remain at 100% for all my  bookings.
